Zune Hard Drive - That's Not Where Things Are Going Folks!

Will there be a Zune HD release with a hard drive option?  We don't think so …

If you think about it - it doesn't really make sense.  The goal is to get these things smaller and smaller and hard drives take space.  In addition, all of their promotional material talks about grabbing stuff off the Internet.

Cloud computing is the future and a hard drive on the new Zune just doesn't make sense.

Now, a 32gig flash memory version - that's what we'd like to see.
