Zune XD Xbox Video Demo At E3 - What I Saw

So I'm here in the Target sponsored "BullsEye Lounge."  Free wifi, water and cookies - what more do I need?

Got the "demo" of Zune HD on Xbox.  To be totally honest, I have to stress that this was a demo and that they had special boxes that basically showed what they wanted us to see and nothing else.

Question #1 - Does Zune HD in Xbox include Podcast content?

Not in the demo and booth worker didn't know.  I asked both booth workers and got the same response.

Question #2 - When does it launch?

"Fall."  Yeah, I know …

Question #3 - What about music in Zune in Xbox?

Nothing in the demo.  The LastFm.com stuff looked great though.

Question #4 - Any last FM / Zune integration?

Not in the demo.

Question #5 - Learn anything today that you didn't learn yesterday?

Not really.  Did get to see the Xbox group really excited about Zune though.

Question #6 - Is Zune really nothing more than a naming/marketing thing at this point?  Does Zune on the Xbox have anything to do with the device and music we love?

Just don't know enough at this point.

Question #7 - Was it least a real kick in the pants to see the Zune logo in the Xbox screen?

You bet it was!
