Zune HD Release Date

When will the Zune HD be released?  Right now, all "official" docuementation speaks only of an "early fall" release date for the device.

Have you heard anything different?  Have you heard anything otherwise?

We're going to do something fun here.  Submit your thought / predictions / etc. on the release date for the Zune HD.  The first one in the comments to get it right (or to come closest), we'll herald as a genius in a later posting here at Zune HD.
