Zune HD - What We Know (So Far)

Microsoft has "officially" responded to the Zune HD rumors.

Rumors Facts we know to be true.

• Built-in HD Radio receiver.
• OLED touch screen interface with 16:9 widescreen format display (480×272 resolution / 3.3 inch screen).
• HD-compatible output through an optional HDMI dock.
• Full-screen Internet browser optimized for multitouch with "tap to zoom technology, built-in accelerometer, and touch screen QWERTY keyboard."
• Wi-Fi enabled.
• Microsoft "teaser" page at http://www.zune.net/zunehd
• No Xbox Live games integration.

Rumors we have no official word on - but are "leaning" towards being true.

• No Last.FM integration, despite integration in the Xbox (which also has Zune HD).

Rumors we still have no official word on (but are losing their luster)

• It's a phone.
• It plays xBox games.

Stuff nobody is talking about.

• What does it have that Zune HD on the Xbox doesn't have - and vice versa.
• Price.
• Hard drive options?
• Does it bring a new version of Zune Pass?
