Brown Zune, will they ever bring it back?

The brown zune was very popular when it first came out. It had alot of feedback, some positive and some negative, but feedback nonetheless. But it suddenly disappeared. Why is that? Was it something with the software on it? Was it the feedback?

Back in 2007, the brown zune actually boosted sales and became the most popular player over at Amazon. But why don't we see it much anymore? Microsoft says, "The brown isn't discontinued (it's still in the 30GB models), but green is the new fashionable color, so we're going with that in the Flash models". True, the brown is still out there, but you have to look for it. I checked the zune.net website, but didn't see any brown.

My thoughts on this? I would love to see the brown zune make a comeback. There are plenty of people searching for one, or about one. The interest level and the market is there, now the product needs to be supplied. I think this is why more of a leaning went towards the brown zune, there was color in it. Otherwise the only color choices were black or white. Same with the IPod, only black or white.
