Zune Pass? Keep 10 Tracks!

At last, some news about the Zune on the music side of things that we think is not only cool, but very downright revolutionary.  The Zune Pass program just changed to add a new feature where each month of Zune pass use lets you "keep" 10 songs.  You can read some more deets about this program at the Zune Insider Blog.

So, Zune Pass (we talked about the program in ZuneLuv.com Podcast #3 - but will certainly have to do an update now) is the program that allows you unlimited (drmd) downloads for your Zune for $14.95 a month.  The idea was - access to a library of millions of songs for the price of a CD a month.  We always thought it was a great deal but with this new, obviously, it becomes an even better deal.

At the end of each month, you can now grab 10 tracks to keep as your own.

Yes, you can even burn those tracks to CD.

What not let you just have a CD a month?  Why the ten tracks angle.

Friends, anyone tracking the music business knows the future of the CD is, well, … you get the idea.

Smart move Zune.

We'd love your thoughts on this one.
