Today at the Game Developers Conference, Microsoft announced Zune Support in the new XNA Studio Update.

Honestly, this should be of surprise to many. To be a true player in this space and competitor to the iPod, a gaming engine for the Zune makes logic sense all the way around.

Putting things in the same engine as produces those xBox games - now we have some serious leverage.
