My First Zune Complaint - Reporting In The Social

The combo of our Zune 2 and our Zune Pass means this little portable media player gets a lot of use.

The Zune plays the music of Barbie and Dora for the girls, music for my wife that I'm not a big 'fan' of and Podcasts and music that reflect who I am.

On my Zune Card, if I choose to share what I'm playing you don't get a real reflection of who I am, you get a reflection of what's being played on the family Zune. As a result, I choose not to "share" and don't look very social as a result.

Any solution other than buying each member of the family their own Zune?

    I bought I, Robot to watch later on in the week. I was really, REALLY looking forward to seeing this movie. But of course... A week after downloading it, seven days BEFORE it says it will expire... It expires. And it wants me to pay them again. Not only that, but it took literally 24 hours to download. I am not happy at all and request either my movie back or my money back!

    The other day I was happily listing to my music. NO problems right? NOPE with zune theres allways a problem!!!!! anyway I set it down on my bed and my cat knocked it onto the floor. :( Luckily my floors are carpet... but still the fucking inside of the screen is cracked???? Like the outside of the screen doesn't even have a scratch on it, but when I turn it on, the INSIDE of the screen has a BIG crack in it and it blocks the whole screen, so now I can't look at videos or pictures!!! WTF???? :(

    I received a Zune for christmas, within a week a button quit working and it would not stay off. I exchanged it for another and had no problems. I just bought the car pack for my zune. I am extremely disappointed in the sound quality. If I'm going to spend $80 on a product, I want it to work. Wouldn't you? Again and again I have been let down by Zune products.

    Three days after I got my Zune,it screwed up.But,the company better be happy because I fixed it myself.I was listening to it when all of a sudden the song stopped and I looked at my Zune,and it said 'clearing contents' and after that,no more songs left,at all!!!What kind of crap is that.I mean COME ON!!!!Test your products before putting them on the shelves!!!

  • I am unable to download music videos. I am not the only person that has a zune that will not download videos. Please help me.
