YouTube On Zune

I get this question over and over again - "How do I put YouTube videos on my Zune?"

A quick explanation is needed - and then we'll give you the details:

In short, YouTube uses a video file format called "FLV." This is a file format perfect for streaming video over the Web - but that is about it.

There are no portable media players that support FLV at this point (even the iPod) so the trick is to convert the FLV file into something the Zune can use.

Now the great thing is, the Zune can use more video file formats than most other players can.

So, you just need of list of programs that can grab a FLV file from YouTube and put it on your computer.

Here are three tutorials that show you how to do just that: Zune Thoughts | Digital Streets 1 | Digital Streets 2
