How Would You Fix/Change/Update the Zune?

my zune will not turn on!! it used to turn off randomly and come back on a few days later but now it has been off for weeks. it is really frustrating and i wish my zune would just consistantly work.............

we threw away the instlation disc and it wont let us put songs on it

I just bought the the 30gb ipod and the disc that came with it won't load. It keeps saying there is no disc. tell me how to fix this and send instrutions or I will take it back

You should be able to drag and drop movies....i bought the zune for a reason, not to find out i had to buy a program to convert them!!!!!!!
