Zune.com
Zune.com is not the right way to get Zune information. Zune.com isn't even owned by Microsoft.com. That's a long long story, but I wanted to send you in the right direction.
Information about the Zune Media Player, produced by Microsoft, is actually available at Zune.net.
This is a Website about Zune and Podcasting (which hasn't arrived yet - but we do know is coming) with help and suggestions on buying a Zune MP3 player, Zune accessories and items like the Zune A/V Pack (for connection your Zune Media Player to your Television).

UGH. I am wayyyy wayyyy frustrated! I am trying to move my itunes files from my old mac to my new windows vista. Apparently you cannot move your files in itunes to a new computer (which is ridiculous since I purchased all of the music and it is all MINE) You can move it with a ipod…. but not with my ZUNE.
Still searching for answers. PLEASE HELP!
