Ya i love the blues of zune is cool for that of ipod infact i really love it, the sync and wi-fi wireless is more than a play. Well you do go hurry now and get yours and plays the game with wi-fi.

How do u get the wifi i cant get it for some reason.

i have an iPod touch and its awsome. its the 8 gb but i got it for music only. very rarely can you use more than 8 gb but if you can then they also make a 16 gb and 32 gb. the ipod touch honestly blows the zune away when it comes to features. it has internet the iTunes store which lets you download music straight to your ipod the app store which lets you download games and other things to your ipod and it has built in youtube stocks weather and email. and a HUGE scratchproof screen! my personal fav!

Absolutely... I have a Zune for a year and it is a fantastic MP3/video player with FM radio and Podcast. I personnaly don't care about Social and Games but I understand that some may be interested in. There in only in fact one thing that bothers me about the Zune. There is a lot of advertisment about the fact that it is wi-fi. But wi-fi is kind of useless. Wireless sync is so much longer than USB one that I do not use it. WiFi is always turned off on my Zune. What may make me happy is that if the next firmware/Zune software include some few improvements:
- Add a set of mail inboxes setting in the Zune Software so you can also synchronize mails with your Zune (in a Mails menu entry) via the software, those settings are synchronized with the Zune and so... The WiFi ability could be used here to retrieve mail also,
- Add the same functionnality for Calendar (iCal) and RSS Feeds,
- Have a PDF, Doc and XLS reader (only reader), this implies that we are able to sync documents too to the Zune in for instance a Document menu entry.
- Have a real "clock/date" displayer... The current one is ridiculous.
So few improvement to allow the Zune to retrieve data from the Internet, throught the client or the WiFi. Only to retrieve, I do not ask an iPod Touch like machine which allow you to send data to the Internet.

yeah i agree the zune needs to have an upgrade to be able to go on the internet with any model including the 30g

I just bought the 120gb Zune for $266 and some change after taxes. i love it. i was tempted to buy the ipod way back when, but im glad i didnt. now im practically the only one in my school with one. everyone else has an ipod and is always asking me what the Zune does. and they are amazed. they love the radio thing its got going on lol. but personally, Zune>Ipod any day. PsP>Ipod any day. >.>

both ipod and zune have 80 gb players, the problem with apple is that it wastes a lot of room with the click wheel and leaves no room for the screen, the new zune has one BIG screen which is very useful when watching videos.

i even was able to install a clock and multiple games and apps that allow stopwatch use and .txt file reader even though it isnt offered everywhere after a little ssnoopin around on youtube and google i found what i needed (GO ZUNE!!1)

You guys are right the Zune is Awesome but its just i want to get on the internet look at stocks view weather and I can also write stuff down and well the iTouch does all that and way more you can even AIM people i mean the Zune is a better deal cause with 80gb for only $230 THAT IS GOOD. But iTouch just has more features yes more memory and not as much memory but it just might get my vote and become my next mp3/mp4 player.

I was all iPod for the longest time, and then it broke, so I went and bought a Zune. Let me tell you. It's amazing. I love it. I love the menus, and the touch pad is soooooooo much better than the iPod's click wheel. The only things it's missing is a clock with a sleep function, but I'll live without it.

I bought the 8GB units for my kids at Christmas. I like them better then the IPOD's they replaced. Solid units with great graphics. The WIFI sync is the best. Also, the radio is a plus for when you are tired of music and maybe want to listen to news or some talk programming.

I don't understand what all of the hate is about the Zune. I got one and I love it. You can still play all video. The software does convert some of it for the player, but so what, so does the other ones. It operates very fast. Has excellent graphics. It has a cool feel to it. It is almost an ounce heavier that the IPOD. It is a little bigger too. The Ipod seems to have a cheaper feel than the Zune. I hope Zune does well. Ipod should not have all the fun. There are also other players out there and noone ever talks about those ones. People put down the Zune because Microsoft makes it....SO WHAT! It is a good player. You can watch any video and listen to any music. It has a few other features the other players don't have. Zune is Cool! I recomend it to everyone. Also the more people that get it the more we can share music with each other via wifi (Ipod does not have wifi) (yet). Zune Rocks in my Book.
