Video of Zune Picture/Content Sharing

The good folk at on10.net have a 5ish minute video of content transfer between two Zune machines.

Looks pretty fast and surprisingly simple.

I have a few questions:

Please tell me Wifi is off by default? I think we all want more than 60 minutes of usage per battery charge. I can also think of the airline implications if it ain't.

I'm usually not one for this kinda thing but I got a simple question - what about the privacy issues here? Will I be broadcasting my viewing / listening habits to the world automatically - or do I have to turn that feature on first?
