Microsoft Admits Zune Ain't Perfect ;-)

Gear Live posts an episode about Zune, taped with some Microsoftees, that shows off the product, while admitting some of the faults. It's a pretty balanced look.

Also note the "clarifications" on the page posted after the fact. I think my theory that Microsoft is hearing us and changing some things is coming true.
