Zune DRM Magically "Changes" - Are They Hearing Us? - Is Zune Changing?

Last week Zune Insider (the official unofficial Blog of Zune) claimed that Microsoft wrapped anything you put on the Zune in some really silly DRM. Folk complained - lots of them.

I'd quote the posting but it has since been edited. Why?

Did they "hear" us? Or was it, as described, a "mistake?"

The posting at Walmart tells us the following:

It Only Gets Better: As Zune evolves, your device can be easily updated. The Zune software on your PC will let you know when these updates are available for download. And with built-in wireless capability in each and every player, the future is filled with possibilities.

Yes, they can update the firmware?

Did they remove the silly DRM (Zune Insider wasn't the only one to report it)?

Could they ad that Podcatcher?

Will we feel the (Zune luv)?

No, I won't let this go
