Zune Strategy Nuggets

Bryan Lee is doing lots to support Microsoft's Zune efforts as of late. Todd Bishop posted an excellent piece today about Lee during "Citigroup's Global Technology Conference in New York today." Read the piece to get all the elements.

The community elements Bryan Lee speaks of could be so perfect in tracking Podcast consumption habits. Why doesn't anyone at Redmond see/understand that? Microsoft could own this space, but instead they choose to ignore it, and seemingly just try to bully there way into a very crowded space indeed.

So far my take on Zune so far: Big plans, poorly implemented, sometimes missing the forest for the trees.
