I think they can take zune.com off the owner for cyber squatting however the owner of ZuneMarketplace.com is sitting on a goldmine. Although I can't see MicroSoft buying this and am convinced that it will be sold for a very high price once Zune is established. I have seen zunexbox360.com on afternic.com, this is just another example of a good url. Consequently, ZuneMarketplace.com was on sedo.com until monday selling at $1,499 it was then taken off????

Microsoft offered 3.000€ to the actual owner that did not accept.

Now, they are negotiating. they will sell but much more expensive.

I can't say that the zune is better quite yet because i am having a major issue that no one knows how to fix around me. i was looking through itunes for videos and all of a sudden, zune said it needed to turn off and i said ok. I was questioned but i looked at it afterward and nothing appeared. i still have the file where everythng on the device got everything on but when i load the program but nothing will laod onto it, I've tried to rip CD's back into the it but nothing. Almost 90% of this article is false……. Zune.com is owned by some guy in Spain, the page you see on archive.org is the default page for an IIS installation, and you saying that Microsoft doesn't know what an MP3 is? MP3 files weren't made 2 years ago, they have been around for a while….you guys need to do your reasearch a little bit more :/

please ask your vendors to explain the warranty on the zune music video player english hdw in detail. bought my granddaughter one , 90 days ago, thinking all the time , since i was told that when i bought it, that i had a year's warranty at the store. now since it has been damaged do i find out that the warranty at the store is only for 30 days. i didn't buy the manufacture's warranty, since i thought i had a years' warranty at the store.
so, now i don't know when she will get another one. something so expensive should have a warranty for a year when they purchase it, then after that buy another warranty, if they want it. this grandmother is very upset about this.
