Scoble, Still a Microsoft Fan, Wonders Too If Microsoft Is CluZuneless

Scoble suggests in response to my post that, ,well, …

I hope that Microsoft is holding back some podcasting stuff for announcing at launch. But, I won’t be suprised if they don’t get it, either.

I pray that this is exactly what will happen. Redmond - we'd be thrilled to help. If there is anything we can do, please let us know.

I'll say what I have said before on this. I would love to see Podcasting included but do we know for sure its not? I work at Microsoft, have a number of friends in the eHome group and no one I have talked to is sure about any of the particulars. Also, if (and this is a big if) the system is based on Windows Mobile how long do you think it would be before we saw something like this released as an update (think of Handango.com) Of course I am just conjecturing now as well which is fun but in the end thats what we are doing, conjecture on hearsay.
I will agree that Microsoft has a long way to go in embracing the social interactive sprectrum that includes bloggs, Podcasting, videocasting and more.
