Zunor (Zune Rumor) #1 - Technology and Service in One Pack
This has to go in the category of grain of salt, but let's do it anyway, eh 
Rumor is, have you heard it yet, - Microsoft has learned a little something from their marketing of the Spot watches.

If you noticed, or cared, you had to buy service with v1 of the little guys.
Now, v2, you get a year of service with your purchase.
Rumor is this, buy a Zune and get free music (rented of course), for the year.
This one makes sense for two reasons: A) Since they don't seem to be supporting Podcasting, customers will need something to put on their Zune's for free B) Marketing push on this would be very powerful - iPods come with a hard drive but Zunes, they come with a few millions songs.
