Zune Kills Play For Sure?

So I have a little Zen Micro that I use to play my rented music from my account. The thing is small and sleek, and let's me take the latest from the latest on the road with me for a predictable monthly fee, not the $15 per platter meme that took me through the first 30 years of my life. I enjoy the process - it works for me.

Some think the renting of music is silly/evil. I think it works for me. You can always buy the tracks you want to keep forever.

So, the reporting is that Zune kills Plays For Sure, the technology that runs and similar services.

Hmmm, Yahoo, Napster and everyone else has spent on a lot of money on Microsoft's "only" music platform. They now have "others" and they aren't all going to play together.

Yet Apple only has one and owns 80+% of the market.

Focus is good.
